Water baptism?

There have been several 'baptisms" John's, Holy Spirit, "Moses", of suffering. The baptism that is commanded and that is connected with salvation and the remission of sins is the one done 'in the name of Jesus Christ."

In Acts 10:47-48, the Spirit having come upon Cornelius and his household, Peter says:

Here we learn that baptism in the name of the Lord is commanded and that it is water baptism.

In Acts 8:5 it says:

Then, in verse 12 it states:

They were baptized 'in the name of Jesus Christ' - but they had NOT received the Holy Spirit - again, this baptism in the name of Jesus Christ is water baptism and NOT Holy Spirit baptism.

The baptism that is commanded and in the name of Jesus is WATER baptism - but Acts 2:38 says that that baptism is also FOR THE REMISSION OF SINS.
